Peacefully at Hamilton General Hospital on Thursday, January 25 Grace Eleanor Jennings passed away at the age of 89. Grace will be missed dearly by her husband of 62 years Donald. She will be missed by her sons Scotty and Brian (Lise). Grace's memory lives on with her grandchildren Brittany (Carl), Dylan (Maddie), Jason, Brodie, Tyson, Charlotte, and two great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her brother Ralph, and survived by her sister-in-law Noriko. Grace will be loved and missed by many other family and friends. Visitation will take place at Merritt Funeral Home, Smithville on Tuesday, January 30th from 11:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. A funeral service will be held after the visitation at the funeral home starting at 1:30 p.m. The burial will take place at Smithville United Church Cemetery after the funeral service. If desired, memorial donations to Community Care, Smithville would be appreciated and can be made through the funeral home.
