Obituary of Wayne Ewart Stevens

STEVENS, WAYNE EWART: Passed away suddenly in his 63rd year on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Haldimand War Memorial Hospital in Dunnville after a short battle with cancer. Predeceased by father Blake Lymburner, and father Lyle Stevens. Leaving behind his loving mother Evelyn Stevens. Loving father of Lindsey (Cody), Bruce, caring step-father of Kirk, and Gidget (Giuliano). Cherished grandfather of Cody Jr., and Katie, and step-grandfather of Justice and Cody. Loving brother of Ken, and Karen (Nolan). Dear uncle to Ethan. Wayne will be dearly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and life long friends. Visitation at Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Thursday, March 2 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral will be held on Friday, March 3, 2017 at 1 p.m. at the funeral with cremation to follow. The family would like to send their gratitude to Dr. Scallan and the staff at Haldimand War Memorial Hospital for their exceptional care.
