Laura was my neighbour and every time she saw me always said hi to me and my doggie Gucci..always told.me i looked nice and made my day . She always looked great with her make up and hair and she knew alot about alot of things...i will miss her classy self and will always look up at her balcony and smile....RIP

Very sad to hear, my condolences to the Cross's and extended families.

It was a profound shock to hear of Laura's passing. She was a vivid memory of my time in smithville. She was one of the first to reach and befriend me in school when I came to smithville. Her enduring smile and quick wit will be missed.

That is sad to hear. Laura's older sister was a friend-Rebecca and I played each other songs on the guitar when I visited their house in my late teens/ early 20s.

My name is Andy Mason; I went to high school with Laura and two of her sisters. I loved them all and I considered them family. Their cousin was married to my sister. She was a very kind young woman,& had a ready smile. From what I remember of high school, she and her sisters were more than willing to stand up to the bullies in the school,& South Lincoln HS was known for bullies, unfortunately. I was often a victim of that bullying as well.

You will be missed, Laura. By many of us. I love you and your sisters; may the blessings of the Creator keep you safe in the next realm.
