Really haven't seen too much of John since we moved out west in 1980, but fond memories remain from my younger days. John was about the same age as Vicky and Ern and so myself and Karen were almost the next generation in the family.
Many a wonderful time was had on the summer get-togethers at whatever farm Uncle Hank was on at the time. John was the best baseball player, had the biggest smile and a wonderful heart. I admired and looked up to him and he responded by living a great life for himself and others.
He is happy now and away from the frailty of the human body. He will be smiling down on all of us today.
Hi, Johnny. Always loved ya!
