My brother was a good friend of Bobs growing up...being younger I did hang around a bit and also played hockey with Bob. We nicknamed him "Mad dog" bob was not a great hockey player but the heart this man had while playing was more then anyone on the ice. Whenever I would see him even when I was an adult Bob would be smiling. Sad to see such a happy person full of life be taken so soon...my condolences to the Barker family....sorry for your loss Linda

Bob was one of my Scout leaders in 1st Caistor Boy Scouts in 1984, he was definitely the 'cool' Scouter Bob. Please accept my thanks and appreciation for his guidance.

I am sorry I didn't get the chance to deliver this in person to him. I have nothing but good memories, of those times. He was an Awesome guy.

My condolences, 54 is so young. Bob was such a great neighbour to my parents all these years. It warmed my heart to know that the great guy who saved me a seat on the school bus and took me to my first (and last) chicken-catching job, was there when they needed him. Linda, I hope you visit my Mom when you need a friend. She thinks the world of you and your family.
