Obituary of Nora Elizabeth Zumstein

ZUMSTEIN, NORA ELIZABETH (PAYNE):  Sandra and Wayne of Grimsby announce sadly the passing of their mother on April 17, 2010 at St. Catharines General Hospital.  Nora was predeceased by her husband Carson (1973), her parents Agnes Steep and Fred Payne of Thorold, her sisters Mildred Sutton, Florence Smiley and Hilda Davies, and her brothers Howard, Norman and Fred Payne Jr.  Friends are invited to call at the Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Wednesday, April 21 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.  The service of remembrance will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, April 22 with visitation beginning at 10 am and the service at 11 am.  Interment will follow the service at the Elcho United Church Cemetery.  If desired, memorial donations to the West Lincoln Historical Society or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home.
