ZIMMER, LESLIE: With great sadness, at Albright Centre in Beamsville, on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 with his family at his side. Leslie Louie Zimmer in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Constance Jean Zimmer (nee Rogers) for 48 years. Loving father of Dana and Jim Gaudette, Heidi and Keith Holloway, and Heather and Edward Ambo. Cherished grandfather of Allie, Hunter, Jackson and Quin. Dear brother of Frank, John and Phylis, Kay Miller (and the late Joe Fleckenstein and the late Bill Miller). He will also be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Les was a teacher for the Hamilton Board of Education for 34 years. A true gentleman right to the very end. Cremation has taken place. At Les’s request, there will be no service. A private family service will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions to Albright Manor or Rose Cottage Visiting Volunteers would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home.
