PEARSON, ALICE: peacefully at Albright Centre in Beamsville on Friday, April 2, 2010, Alice Gladys Pearson (nee Sheldrick) of Smithville in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Lauren Pearson. Loving mother of Carley and Frank Ezewski, and Pauline and Jim Reid. Cherished grandmother of Chris and Jaynie Ezewski, Matthew Ezewski and Steffanie Dixon, Julie Ezewski, Michael Clark and Alisha Bestward, Aaron Reid, and great-grandmother of Jacob, Jordan, Valerie, Darcy and Patrick. Predeceased by her brothers Jack, Art, Harold and Glen Sheldrick, and sister Abbey Rogers. She will also be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Tuesday, April 6 beginning at 11 am. The funeral service will follow at 1 pm. Interment Smithville United Church Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to Albright Centre or Smithville United Church would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home.
