Obituary of Mark Thomas Merritt

Mark Thomas Merritt, a resident of Englehart, Ontario, passed away suddenly at his home on March 26, 2021, at the age of 50. Born in Hamilton, Ontario, on October 23, 1970, he was the son of the late Sidney and Jean Merritt. Mark was a brother loved by Judy, Sharon, Betty, Debbie, Tim, Lori, and spouses. He also was an uncle to Ben, Steve, Nathan, Jennifer, David, Eldon, Shannon Rebecca, William, John, Patrick, Diane, and Jake.

 

Family remembers Mark's gentle manner. He was nice spoken and had a sense of humour. He valued and loved his siblings and could give a good hug.

 

A private family service was held on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Caistor Center Free Methodist Church and interment, buried alongside family, at Kimbo Cemetery, Smithville.
