CROOKS, TWILA:  Peacefully at Haldimand War Memorial Hospital in Dunnville on Sunday, September 15, 2019, Twila Patricia Crooks (nee Killins) passed away at the age of 79.  Beloved wife for 59 years of Hugh Percy Crooks.  Dear mother of Pamela Crooks, and Patrick Crooks (Angela).  Cherished grandmother of Travis (Nicole), Samantha, Casondra (Jordan), Colton (Natalie), Jamiee, and great grandmother of Isabella, Wyatt and Kira.  Dear sister of Harold Killins (the late Vera), the late Lorne Killins, and the late Hilda Swick (the late Roy).  Also predeceased by parents Cecil and Gertrude Killins. Visitation at Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Thursday, September 19 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m.  Funeral service and interment at Merritt's United Church, 707 Church Rd, Wellandport, on Friday, September 20 beginning with the interment at 1:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Memorial donations to Dunnville Hospital and Healthcare Foundation (Palliative Care), or Merritt's United Church, would be appreciated by the family and if desired can be made through the funeral home.
