Obituary of Virginia Madeline Wood

WOOD, VIRGINIA M. (nee Crebar):  Passed away peacefully at McNally House Hospice in Grimsby on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at the age of 90.  Beloved wife of the late Jack Wood. Loving mother of Robert (Bonnie), John (Joy), Mike, Brian, and the late Joe.  Proud Grandmother of Sandra, Kevin, Melissa, Gregory, Tara, Cassie, Ashley, Michael, and Allan. She was a great grandmother of many, who will all miss her dearly. Virginia loved her lawn bowling, a passion for years, along with quilting which many were donated. Virginia will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving mother, strong, independent, a perfectionist with a joke or two. The family would like to thank McNally House Hospice for such great, loving hospitality to Virginia and her family. A private family ceremony will take place at a later time.
