SWEET, TAMMY: Suddenly at Hamilton General Hospital on Saturday, May 4, 2013, with family and friends at her side. Tammy Lynn Sweet (nee Hicke) of Beamsville passed away in her 39th year. Beloved wife for five years of Scott Sweet. Dear step-mother of Tyler, Dylan and Cameron. Loving daughter of Mary Williams-Kenny (Mike) and the late Daniel Hicke (2004). Dear sister of Melanie Hicke and Stephanie Hicke. Tammy will also be missed by mother-in-law Sylvia Kennedy (Rick), father-in-law Keith Sweet (Donna), nieces Christina, Bailey and MacKenzie, nephew John, her extended family as well as her grandparents, aunts, uncles and numerous cousins and friends. Tammy was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Visitation at Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Wednesday, May 8 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Centennial Park Baptist Church, 11 Kennedy Rd in Grimsby on Thursday, May 9 at 10:30 am. If desired, memorial donations to Autism Ontario - Hamilton Chapter - would be appreciated and can be made through the funeral home.
