JOHNSON, DOUG: At West Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Grimsby on Sunday, June 23, 2013, Douglas Cameron Johnson of North York passed away in his 90th year. Beloved son of the late James Richard Johnson and Lodema Miller. Survived by his brother Ross Johnson (Joan). Doug will also be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews and their families as well as a great number of friends. Predeceased by his siblings Elgin, Ralph, Howard, Ronald and Bernice (Culp). After military service in WWII, Doug graduated from the Ontario College of Art. He practiced his profession at the Department of Defense Production in Ottawa, CN Rail in Montreal, and the University of Toronto. Private service will be held. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation can be made through the funeral home.
