BUCK, CHICK: Peacefully at McNally House Hospice in Grimsby on Tuesday, March 26, 2013, George Douglas (Chick) Buck of Smithville passed away in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Shirley Ann Buck (nee Putman) for 50 years. Loving brother of Steve (Judy) and Arthur, and brother-in-law of Bill MacLean, Bob Putman, Rick Putman, and Irene Walker (Don). He will also be missed by numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation at St. Anns Community Church, 5425 Twenty Mile Road (Regional Road 69), St. Anns on Thursday, March 28 from 1-2 pm, where the funeral service will follow at 2 pm. Inurnment at Lane Cemetery, St. Anns, at a later date. If desired, memorial donations to the Hamilton Burlington SPCA or West Lincoln Community Care would be appreciated and can be made through Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville. ~ Precious Lord, take my hand ~
