YOUNG, LESLIE: At St. Joseph's Hospital in Hamilton Monday, April 23, 2012, Leslie Clifford Young of Caistorville in his 91st year. Beloved husband for 69 years of Helen (nee Lucken). Loving father of Garry (Nerny), Don (Doris), Roy (Connie) and the late Gordon (Colleen). Cherished grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Helen Ricker (the late Howard), and brother-in-law of Emma and Irene. Predeceased by his brothers Bill, Clive and Dell, and sister Belle Jones (the late Stan). Les will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville for visitation on Wednesday, April 25 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 26 at 11 am at the funeral home. Inurnment at Caistorville United Church Cemetery. If desired memorial contributions to the Caistorville United Church Cemetery Fund would be appreciated and can be made through the funeral home.
