Zwaagstra (nee Lunshof) Grietje (Grace) Psalm 121 Peacefully at Welland County Hospital on Friday November 11, 2011, after a brief illness in her 73rd year, Grace went to be with her Lord and Savior. Grace will be sadly missed by her beloved husband of 51 years Frans (Frank). Grace will also be missed by her children, Richard and Annette, Trish and Ed, John and Kris, Jane and Gary, Angela and Ed; her grandchildren Amanda and Derek, Tanya and Travis, Brad and Shelley (Matthew † and Christopher †) Vanessa, Krysten, Michael and Alexandra, Jordan, Ashley, Linneah, Kyle, Cole, Riley, Jesse, Samantha; great-grandchildren Aiden, Carson, Jaxen and Mikayla; brothers and sisters, Riekes †, Reinder, Geitske, Jan, Marga, and many in-laws. Family and friends will be received at Wellandport United Reformed Church, 74094 Wellandport Road, Wellandport, on Monday, November 14, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Private Interment Tuesday, November 15 at 9:30 am at Union Cemetery Smithville. Funeral Service to follow at 11 am at Wellandport United Reformed Church with Rev. Joel Dykstra officiating. If desired, memorial contributions to the Juravinski Cancer Centre, Hamilton can be made through the funeral home.
