McMASTER, MARY: At McNally House on Monday, May 9, 2011, Mary McMaster (nee Hornak) of Smithville, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of Robert (Bob) McMaster. Loving mother of Rick Malaryk of Smithville, and of Robert and Teresa Malaryk of Smithville. Cherished grandmother to Jacob and Tiana and her many other grandchildren. Stepmother of Marion and Joseph Wesseling of Ayr, and Sharon and John Serba of Beamsville. Dear sister of Mike and Mary Hornak, and of the late Joseph and Judy Hornak. Friends may call at Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Wednesday, May 11 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm and on Thursday, May 12 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm with Prayers on Thursday at 8 pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church, 166 West Street (Regional Road 20), Smithville on Friday, May 13, 2011 at 10:30 am, with interment at the church’s adjoining cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to St. Martin of Tours’ CWL Lift Fund would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home.
