Condolences
Our prayers are with the Feenstra family....Mrs. Feenstra was a firm believer in our Heavenly Father. She went through many trials and always maintained her trust in HIM. May the family be comforted that she now resides with all those who put their trust in the LORD. May HIS love see you all through this difficult time. Love Marten and Joanne Postma
Dear Feenstra Family,
I just wanted to express my sincere sympathy in the passing of Mom . She was very welcoming to me as though I was an old friend and showed tender care for me when I was supposed to be the caregiver! I was blessed by her and all of you during the short time I tried to serve you. May the beautiful memories and the confidence she is with her Saviour bring much comfort in the coming days. “ I will not leave you comfortless, I will come to you “ John 14: 18
I remember going to Saturday school in Smithville where Janny Knegt taught many years ago. She was a a lovely lady.
Dear Family
We express our condolences to you all. "Mom" was a vibrant lady full of love for everyone. She had a special way of telling stories and she knew how to captivate her audience. I have so many memories of special times with her. So thankful to God that we met, and that we remained friends. May you all receive the comfort you need, we know that mom is with her loving Father in Heaven free from pain and suffering.
Much love from Tony and Marion
Dear Feenstra family:
For many years, Mrs. Feenstra was a very dear friend to my mom, Sina De Haan. Between the two of them, they were able to chat up a storm and, together with a number of other friends, they played many a game of rummikub.
One memory I won't soon forget is the phone message Mrs. Feenstra sent to my mom, during the last hours of my mom's life. My mom, from her bed, was able to listen to Mrs. Feenstra's kind and encouraging message, which was also filled with memories of their friendship. To my mom this message was like a real telephone conversation and she continually responded to the things Mrs. Feenstra said; leaving those of us who were with my mom with tears rolling down our cheeks. Now the two of them are with the Lord; in glorious eternity with their Lord and Saviour.
Wishing you strength and praying that the Lord may comfort each of you during the time to come.
He is with you; His mercies are new every morning and His faithfulness endures throughout the night.
