Condolences
My condolences to the Duggan family. I knew Bernie through my dad (Neil De Zeeuw) and his good friend Ken Saunders and Joe Meyer. They enjoyed playing snooker every Tuesday for many years and occasionally, I would get the chance to join them. Bernie was always in a good mood telling jokes and recounting stories of his family. I most admired the fact that Bernie would leave early in the morning to beat the traffic just to play play, despite being in obvious discomfort with his back and shoulder which hampered his play. He never used it as an excuse. He will be missed.
