Obituary of Albert William Grobb

With great sadness, we announce the passing of Albert William Grobb. Loving husband, father, grandfather brother, and uncle. Peacefully at St Catharines General Hospital on February 9th, 2022, surrounded by family, Albert took his last breath and crossed over to be with both his parents and beloved grandmother. Albert was a long-time resident at Extendicare in St. Catharines, where he loved to help out with the garden, summer BBQs, and do his artwork. Albert spent the last couple of weeks at St Catharines General Hospital, where he received exemplary care from nurses and staff. Albert is predeceased by both parents William and Goldie Grobb and leaves behind loving Wife Judy of 46 years, Daughter Ann (Ryan), Grandchildren Cody (Rachel), and Avery. Step Grandchildren Cody, Katie, Logan, Liam, and Ivalyn. Sister Corona Jarvis (The late Clayton Jarvis). Friend and brother-in-law Jim Atkinson and Niece Cathy (Joe) Merritt. Albert will be sadly missed by many; he was a very strong and willful man with an infectious smile that will be remembered by many. Albert loved the outdoors, fishing, and gardening. Albert loved spending time with his family and found great joy in watching his grandchildren play.
