BREUKELMAN, Evert:

Surrounded by his loving family, on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at God’s appointed hour, He called our husband, father, Opa and great-Opa to His Eternal Home.  We find our comfort in the confession we make before every worship service: “Our help is in the Name of the Lord”, Psalm 121.  Left behind in our Father’s care are his beloved wife of 58 years Johanna Breukelman (VanIperen), and his beloved children: Evelyn Breukelman; Henry Breukelman (the late Marilyn) and children Jolene Linde (Lauren, Austin, Isaac, Russell), Randy and Sydney Breukelman (Blake, Layla), Tracy and Kelvin Vis (Jordyn, Clarke, Logan, Parker), James and Chelsea Breukelman (Neveya, Carter, Rylee), and Diana Breukelman; John and Anita Breukelman and children Justin and Cheryl Breukelman (Tyson), Richard and Natasha Neutal (Lucas), and Levi Breukelman; Jolanda Breukelman; and Janine Breukelman.  Loved by his two brothers, one sister, in-laws, nieces, nephews, and his many friends.  Visitation at Smithville Canadian Reformed Church, 330 Station Street, Smithville on Wednesday, December 22 from 7-9 p.m. with masks and social distancing required.  The funeral service will be held at Smithville Canadian Reformed Church on Thursday, December 23 at 11 a.m. with limited capacity, masks and social distancing. Interment Grace United Church Cemetery.  Special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff of Grimsby, Trillium and St. Catharines General Hospitals for their dedicated and compassionate care.  If desired, memorial contributions to John Calvin School Smithville would be appreciated by the family.
