My condolences to the family.

I am very sorry to hear of George’s passing. My parents were Uncle George and Aunt Agnes to him. He was always very friendly and warm to me, and we used to see each other at Sunday school at Dunnville Mennonite Church in the fifties. It was a long time ago, but the memories of our times together are ones that I remember with fondness.

I’m so sorry to hear about the passing of George. He was a kind and gentle man who always had a genuine smile for all. I hope the wonderful memories of your time with George will give you comfort in time. George holds a special place in my heart.

Henry & I are very saddened to hear of George’s passing. We are unable to be with you at this time, but please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. I hope that the many years of happy memories will help you through this difficult time

Condolences to Jason and his family. Working at EDSMITH for so many years it was always a pleasure seeing or talking with George and I honestly can't recall him ever angry, always greeting everyone with a smile. Take care!

Dear Jean, as a widow, I am walking this path with you, and I can tell you that as Jim still lives within me, so George will always be with you until you meet again in the next world. Forty-nine years cannot be erased by such a temporary thing as death. Nature doesn't waste anything, especially not love. Blessings to Karen and Jason and their offspring. Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of George.....one of the nicest guys I ever had the pleasure of working with during my 23 years at E D Smith, nothing even seemed to bother him, he was a great tradesman & later an even better supervisor, he always had a smile on his face and a good word for everybody.
