MUIR, HOLLY: At St. Catharines General Hospital on Sunday, December 29, 2013, Holly Roberta Maude Muir of Smithville passed away peacefully in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Stanley Allinson Muir (1971). Loving mother of Joyce Muir, Karen Edwards (Bill), Doug Muir (Linda) and Don Muir (Bonnie). Cherished grandmother of Scott, Greg, Daniel, Jennifer and Kevin, and great grandmother of Conner. Dear sister of Lillian Romagnoli and sister-in-law of Erie Muir. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her siblings Edmer Hiscott, Everett Hiscott, Violet Finn and Marion Wilkinson. Special thanks to the staff at Albright Manor and St. Catharines General Hospital ER. Visitation will begin at 10am on Friday, January 3, 2014 at Smithville United Church, 116 West Street (Regional Rd 20), Smithville where the funeral service will follow at 11am. Inurnment at Abingdon Presbyterian Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to Smithville United Church or Legion Villa I would be appreciated and can be made through the funeral home.
