Obituary of Mabel Ethel Pearce

PEARCE, MABEL: At McNally House Hospice on Monday, August 17, 2015, Mabel Ethel Pearce (nee Ballantyne) of Welland passed away in her 84th year. Beloved wife of Desmond Pearce for 21 years, and of the late Douglas McPherson (1981). Loving mother of Ronnie McPherson (Mary) and step mother of Kenny Pearce (Betsy) and Dale Pearce (Brenda). Cherished grandmother of Bronson McPherson (Laura) and great grandmother of Franklin and Sophia. Dear sister of Norm Ballantyne (Shirley), the late Alfred Ballantyne (Leta), Gladys Krick (the late Harold), and Ina Dodson (Edward). She will also be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her daughter-in-law Theresa McPherson. Visitation at Bismark United Church, 5523 Regional Road 65 (Silver Street), St. Anns, on Thursday, August 20th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will also be held at the Church on Friday, August 21st at 11 am with interment at the Church's adjoining cemetery.
